It is a brick built temple constructed during the reign of Swargadeo Pramatta Singha (1744-1751 CE). It is a Vishnu temple and octagonal in plan with polygonal sikhara on the top encircled by eight angashikaras. The height of the temple is 12.80 Metres. Outer surface of this brick-built temple is adorned with multi arched niches containing beautiful stone sculptures.
