Revenue collection, Enforcement activities against M.V. Act & Rule violators/conducting Road safety activities.

Objective:

To augment Govt. Revenue, provide safe public Transportation system, implementation of CMV Act. and Rules and implementation of AMVR and AMV Taxation Act. and its enforcement.

Implementation and Enforcement of provisions of CMV Act. and Rules and implementation of AMVR and AMV Taxation Act. and its enforcement.

General Overview:

1. Collecting Govt. Revenue through MV Road Tax, Application Fees, and Fines against MV offences. Revenue Target is fixed by the Govt. for every Financial Year.
2. Enforcement activites are done through the district to ensure Road Safety and implementation of CMV Act. and Rules. Offence cases are registered through E-Challan.
3. All payments of fees and fines are collected through digital form via payment gateway in "www.parivahan.gov.in".
