This office is headed by the Additional chief Engineer, upper, Assam zone, water Resources Department, Dibrugarh which works under office of the chief Engineer, water Resource Department, Guwahati-29. This office of the Additional chief Engineer looks after works of 9(nine) nos of Divisionsalong with 3(three) nos of Circles of Water Resource Department.
